Before moving into your rental home, you will need to pay a 2-month security deposit and the first month’s rent in advance. On signing the lease, you will receive the keys and can move in. On completion of the full term of your rental contract, the security deposit will be refunded after settlement of any outstanding utility bills and necessary repairs of damage that was done during your occupancy.

We would always recommend that you visit the property in person before entering into any form of property lease, or agreements and go through the details with us at our offices.
